How to use our Blog


The main page contains the latest few entries, but much more can be accessed by clicking the various categories listed on the right hand side of the page, or the Archives.

In the Archives, you can view entries sorted by category, tag or by date.

You can search by keyword by entering search terms into the “SEARCH” box at the right hand side of the page, then press enter key or click GO.

You can return to the main or “home” page can be accessed by clicking the name of the blog on the masthead at the top of the page, or the name of the blog at the bottom left side of the page.

Chris Jaglowitz is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer who uses innovative approaches and effective strategies to bring a timely and economical resolution to a wide variety of disputes, particularly those related to condominiums.  Chris also provides counsel to individual, corporate and condominium clients in regulatory and quasi-criminal matters in Court and before such bodies as the Technical Standards and Safety Authority, the Landlord and Tenant Board, License Appeal Tribunal, and the Ontario Human Rights Commission.  Outside of court, he acts for condominium corporations and individuals in private mediation and arbitration proceedings in disputes dealing with such things as condominium governance and “people, pets and parking.”

Andrea Lusk

Andrea Lusk represents condominium corporations and unit owners in all sorts of cases. She assists condominium corporations in contract drafting and review, employment matters, business transactions and any kind of litigation. Andrea also represents unit owners in resolving their disputes with condominium corporations on a wide range of issues.
