Chris Jaglowitz is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer who uses innovative approaches and effective strategies to bring a timely and economical resolution to a wide variety of disputes, particularly those related to condominiums. Chris also provides counsel to individual, corporate and condominium clients in regulatory and quasi-criminal matters in Court and before such bodies as the Technical Standards and Safety Authority, the Landlord and Tenant Board, License Appeal Tribunal, and the Ontario Human Rights Commission. Outside of court, he acts for condominium corporations and individuals in private mediation and arbitration proceedings in disputes dealing with such things as condominium governance and “people, pets and parking.”

Andrea Krywonis represents condominium corporations and unit owners in all sorts of cases. She assists condominium corporations in contract drafting and review, employment matters, business transactions and any kind of litigation. Andrea also represents unit owners in resolving their disputes with condominium corporations on a wide range of issues. Whether acting for the corporation or the unit owner, Andrea is proud of her high rate of resolution of difficult cases to the satisfaction of her client.
